1. Who we are

Neural Rescue is a Windows app developed and sold by Neural System. By downloading, installing or buying a license, you agree to these terms.

2. Plans and license

The Free plan includes diagnosis, drive copy, full preview and saving up to 500 MB. The Personal plan lets you save without limits, for non-commercial use, on 1 computer. The Technician plan allows commercial use (serving clients) on up to 3 computers.

Monthly and annual plans are subscriptions renewed automatically until you cancel; the license is valid while the subscription is active. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment and does not expire. The license is personal and non-transferable; reselling, sharing the key or bypassing activation is not allowed.

3. What the app does and does not promise

Neural Rescue copies the drive before any scan, never writes to the drive being rescued and shows a free preview before purchase. No software recovers every case: data that was overwritten, erased by an SSD's TRIM or stored on a drive with severe physical damage may not be recoverable.

When the drive shows signs of physical failure, the app recommends a data recovery lab. Carrying on yourself, in fragile drive mode, is your decision, made after the risk warning.

4. Activation and internet

License activation is online, once per computer. Copying, scanning and saving happen entirely on your computer and no file is sent to our servers.

5. Payment and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. You can cancel a subscription at any time on the Manage subscription page; it stays active until the end of the paid period.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neural System's liability is limited to the amount paid for the license. Nothing in these terms removes rights granted by consumer protection laws.
