Privacy

1. Summary

Your files never leave your computer. On this site we collect the minimum needed to sell and deliver the license, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable laws.

2. What we collect

Waitlist: email, name (optional), plan of interest, language and visit source (utm). Purchase: name, email, country, plan, billing period and the payment record provided by Stripe. License: an anonymous identifier for each activated computer.

The app does not send file names, previews or drive data. Site analytics: page views and button clicks, without cookies, with an anonymous identifier that changes every day and without storing your IP. If you decline in the privacy notice, none of this is sent. With your consent, Google Analytics also receives these page views and clicks (see section 7).

3. How we use it

To tell you about the launch (waitlist), process payments and renewals, send and validate the license key, provide support and meet tax obligations. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), the email provider that sends the key and notices, and our hosting and licensing infrastructure. Each processes the data only to provide that service.

5. How long we keep it

Waitlist: until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask to leave. Purchases and licenses: for the period required by tax law and while the license exists.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and leave the waitlist at any time, through the contact form at neuralsystem.com.br/contato.

7. Cookies

No advertising cookies. If you accept in the privacy notice, we use Google Analytics (Google LLC), which sets analytics cookies (_ga) to measure visits in aggregate; data may be processed outside Brazil under Google's contractual safeguards. Without your consent nothing from Google is loaded. Your choice is stored in your own browser and can be changed at any time under “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
