1. 7-day withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase within 7 calendar days of payment and get a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to subscriptions and to the lifetime plan.
2. How to ask
Use the Manage subscription page to get the portal link, or write through the contact form with the email used for the purchase. The license is deactivated when the refund is made.
3. Refund timing
Card refunds show up within one or two statements, depending on your bank.
4. After 7 days
Policy to be defined. Until then, we review case by case, for example when a defect in the app prevents its use. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund the period already paid.
